KKLion Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on the KKLion platform at kklion.ws (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the KKLion platform or any of its services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the KKLion platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site and anyone interacting with any KKLion promotional material. Using the Platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms.

KKLion reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the KKLion platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on KKLion you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. KKLion does not permit minors to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant or affiliate of KKLion or any of its associated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the KKLion platform under any account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

KKLion reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification of your age, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one KKLion account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or through any other method – is strictly prohibited. Where KKLion identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the player may be closed and any bonuses forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid mobile number and a date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. KKLion is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. KKLion will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. You must notify KKLion support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility until you report the compromise.

KKLion reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account or close an account at its discretion if it determines that the account poses a risk, violates these terms or is associated with fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the KKLion platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). KKLion does not conduct transactions in foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied to any deposit or withdrawal.

KKLion accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. KKLion does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. KKLion does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account not belonging to the registered player, KKLion reserves the right to hold or return the funds and request verification before crediting the account.

Deposited funds are credited to your KKLion wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a payment processing delay, please contact KKLion support with your transaction reference number.

• Maximum deposit: Subject to your current VIP tier and any limits set in your account settings
• Deposit fees charged by KKLion: None
• Accepted currencies: PKR only

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by KKLion to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals can only be made to an account in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Bronze tier players receive same-day processing; Silver tier within three hours; Gold tier within one hour; Platinum tier within 30 minutes; Diamond VIP members within two minutes. These timelines represent KKLion's internal processing targets and begin from the point at which KKLion approves the withdrawal request.

KKLion charges no fees on any withdrawal. However, your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely outside of KKLion's control.

KKLion reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard requirement under our licensing obligations and is in place to protect players from fraud and to prevent money laundering. Required documents may include a copy of a government-issued ID and confirmation of your payment method. Verification requests will be communicated clearly by the support team.

KKLion reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, a pending verification requirement, a violation of these terms, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after accounting for pending bonus obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

KKLion offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The specific terms of each individual promotion – including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds – are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply to all KKLion promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts.
• Unless a bonus is specifically described as "no wagering required", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bets placed on games excluded from a specific bonus will not count toward that bonus's wagering requirement.
• KKLion reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, misuse or circumvention of the bonus terms.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted while an active bonus is in play, KKLion may void the bonus before processing the withdrawal. You will be informed before this occurs.

Free spin bonuses are subject to the same general rules above. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds with applicable wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. VIP Club

The KKLion VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered players. Participation in the VIP Club and eligibility for tier rewards are governed by the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Key VIP Club rules include:

• VIP points are earned at a rate of 1 point per Rs 100 wagered on any eligible game.
• Tier status is calculated on a rolling 90-day wagering window and may be adjusted up or down based on activity during this period.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• KKLion reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP Club programme, or any individual player's participation in it, at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Abuse of the VIP programme – including any attempt to artificially inflate wagering figures through bet hedging, collusion or other means – will result in immediate tier demotion and possible account closure.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

KKLion is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in any game or on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void regardless of when the error is discovered.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes in live table games or any other format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Placing bets in a manner designed primarily to trigger bonus conditions or manipulate bonus wagering calculations rather than for genuine gaming purposes.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including the use of stolen payment details, chargeback fraud or identity fraud.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing KKLion staff or other players.

KKLion employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, KKLion will take appropriate action including account suspension, permanent ban and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

KKLion takes player welfare seriously. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from your account settings at any time, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Setting a deposit limit before you begin a gaming session is the single most effective way to ensure your gaming remains within a budget you are comfortable with. Limits can be reduced at any time and take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.

Self-exclusion requests can be submitted for any period from 24 hours to 12 months. During an active self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit or receive any marketing communications from KKLion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the KKLion platform – including but not limited to the KKLion brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and written content – is the intellectual property of KKLion or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to access and use the KKLion platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of KKLion. Unauthorised use of KKLion's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

The KKLion platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While KKLion makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is operational, accessible and free from errors at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and do not warrant that the platform will be free from technical faults, downtime or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KKLion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform or any game
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials
• Any inaccuracy in displayed odds, game results or balance figures that is corrected promptly upon discovery

KKLion's maximum liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

KKLion collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering with KKLion you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KKLion uses your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, meeting our licensing and compliance obligations, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions where you have opted in to receive marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

KKLion reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, KKLion will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

If you disagree with any update to these terms, you should cease using the KKLion platform and contact support to discuss the closure of your account. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

KKLion also reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any game, feature or promotion offered on the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where this is necessary for technical, legal or commercial reasons.
